Pros

I live in the Philippines and prior to joining iPreCheck, I was a freelance programmer earning $2-$5 an hour and the work was not steady. I have since joined the iPreCheck Team and was given the opportunity of a lifetime. Not only am I treated with the utmost respect, I am compensated according to U.S. pay standards. For me this is so important as I have been able to become a home owner and I am building a family. I have been part of the team for 4 years now, so job stability is very evident. I would not be where I am now if not for iPreCheck.

Cons

As a startup - always turn a negative situation into a positive situation.

Pros

Great service for a struggling industry.

Cons

Owner and upper management were not people of their word. They told us when hired our insurance was company paid. We were then told at orientation/ Training that wasn’ going to happen. They changes the commission structure over 5 times in the first month. They had potential investors in the training roughly 4 hours.

Pros

If you are unethical and unprofessional, this place is for you, you'll fit in nicely. If not, then RUN, this company and it's CEO are a liability to your career.

Cons

This is a stop in your career you can do without. Michael Obeso is untrustworthy, unprofessional and unethical. He makes promises he has no intention to uphold. He expects exempt employees to work more than 40+ hours a week, yet when you need a couple of hours off for personal appts, etc., he doesn't think twice about docking your pay. You can do without this company appearing on your resume, it will only delay your career and add a tremendous amount of grief, unfulfilled promises and insurmountable stress to your life. CEO is a bully and admonishes employees on a daily basis, even when HIS instructions are followed to the "T", you will be blamed for its failure and berated when the end result is not what he wanted or expected. Michael Obeso tries to pass off his bullying and yelling as "being passionate" about his company. Trust me, he is a bully and cannot be trusted! He does not follow through with agreed upon terms on employment agreements or when he says something during pre-hiring conversations; and, he will drop your salary at a moment's notice when he feels you are not productive, I've personally witnessed this action.

Thank you for your feedback. As a startup we are constantly changing to meet the demands of clients and to provide the best value to them. This is unfortunately the nature of a start up. Regarding weekly work hours, we are a typical 8-5 business that will require some weekend calls to support our dealers. This is discussed in depth during the interview process. We will take sick/PTO time for personal appointment when they require you to take time off of work. Our CEO, is a very passionate person that will expect the very best from his employees. He wants everyone to be successful!
