Easy commute from my house, newer company, lots of room for creative ideas, owner is open to new ideas which seems to be uncommon these days!

Cons

You must be ok with a constantly changing atmosphere being this is a start up company

Pros

This company is challenging to work for only because it is growing so fast. The product is taking off so much with their customers that they sometimes struggle to keep up with the demands. Their compensation plans are very aggressive so the pay is great. I'd rather be with a company struggling with growing pains than one that is slow and stagnant or going backwards.

Cons

The fast pace means sometimes things that are important to employees take longer to address than I would like but they always seem to get worked out one way or another.
