      Pros

      Team Spirit and culture used to be good. Then dismantle and sinking morale. Pay was above average in bay area medical device industry. Decent 401K match and selection.

      Cons

      - Leadership / Management decision and direction were (in my opinion) poorly executed. Those decisions happened abruptly.

      Management makes us work like robots

      Horribly stressful work, management makes is work like robots, and managers were intense and aggressive it's exhausting!
