      Talented, compassionate salespeople (with the exception of some newly on-boarded RSD leaders), innovative product in a complex space, alignment with healthcare trends, patient-centric, Triple AIM aligned.

      Cons

      Low pay for work, micro-management, bad middle management leadership (RSD), toxic work/life balance sales culture (all talk), no patience, post-IPO culture shock.

      Pros

      I have really enjoyed my time at iRhythm. I feel that there are some truly amazing individuals that work for this company. The promotional opportunities are growing every day and the Managers are always willing to listen/talk and take action on anything that is concerning. The company continues to provide nice little perks like catered meals, snacks, picnics and fun, moral building activities for the entire Company. This is a great company to work for and I would recommend it to anyone!

      Cons

      Since there has been such massive growth over the past few years, things are still changing rapidly and sometimes that gets a little chaotic, but with the Management team being open and accepting of questions and feedback, it helps relieve that stress.

      Pros

      Very positive environment from all levels of employees! I continually get professional constructive feedback from managers that I can use. Higher pay than most companies for the same position. CEO and directors are always asking for feedback from our point as an employee and from our customers.

      Cons

      Can not think of any needs for improvement at the moment. The executive team shows true passion for improving and growing!
