Fully remote position; no RTO unless you live near one of the offices. Good healthcare.

Cons

Nepotism HQ! It's all about knowing someone at the top who will fight for you, even if you're incompetent. Some Managers still know nothing about the company or products after 2 years, overload others with work, and continuously shift the blame. Director covers up one Manager's mistakes because they used to work together. Departmental promotions happen in secret because they know the ones actually doing the work are getting screwed over.

Upper management's pigheaded and impractical attitude made things far worse than they needed to be

The office environment was clean and decently maintained, which is a small positive

Cons

Upper management couldn't have been more pigheaded in their approach to daily operations. Their impractical decisions wasted time and made the job harder for no good reason. Any feedback from staff was ignored or brushed aside with an attitude that suggested they knew better than everyone else. This created a frustrating and inefficient work environment that drained motivation. It felt like no matter how much we tried to improve things, leadership was determined to keep their blinders on.
