Too much cult like behaviors. The CEO is doing a good job of getting rid of the dead wood that did not provide any value and got into positions based on relationships vs value. However he's replacing them with his boys, so you're trading one batch for another batch. Also if you want to move upward you need luck or to be in very specific departments who can push through a promo. Otherwise career growth is limited because it's who knows who and there is no structure.
