Cons
Executive leaders have no morales; lie incessantly; and will do anything to replace all leaders with their Dexcom buddies. Just look into what’s happened in the last few months at management turnover. The C-Suite has no integrity at all. They genuinely do not care about their employees. They say they do, but if you look at turnover, every single former leader has decided to “spend more time with their families” and leave the company- the legal department, a near 100% turn-over; senior directors all the sudden are gone; the sales executive gone, the EVP of customer care and IT - gone- literally nearly everyone who built the company was dumped by this CEO and his crew. No sour grapes here- I was smart and got out before I too was given the boot in favor of another Dexcom “good ole boy”. CEO honestly believes we don’t see it, or it proves unequivocally that he has no concern for those he wields power over. Anyone left who is reading this, get out while you can because the track record with this leadership group is full-on replace with friends and former colleagues.
