Company is growing rapidly and it’s exciting to be a part of it. Comp and benefits are very competitive and they provide a lot of perks to employees.

Cons

Going through the same growing pains that any expanding company would experience, but it’s necessary for the company to get to the next level.

Pros

iRhythm has a very mature attitude to remote work and wellbeing of its employees. It is a very target rich environment for those that are passionate and ideas are met with open minds. Compensation is extremely competitive and constantly improving which is nice to see. Above all I really like the team and they are very easy to get on with.

Cons

This company has growing pains. None of which are insurmountable and the resolution of which aren't exactly new ideas but the journey is the journey and it takes as long as it takes.

Cons

Not flexible for scheduling absolutely not unpaid time off. You have to use PTO.
