Pros
1. Compensation is competitive. 2. Product is outstanding and is currently undervalued by the market (high growth potential). 3. Really great collaborative/strategic people here. 4. Benefits are pretty good, some improvements needed. (Some highlights are 15% ESPP, HSA contribution, $100 monthly stipend for COVID, free access to wellness/fitness apps). 5. Leadership communicates often and welcomes new team members (seem like great leaders that care about their people). 5. Work life balanced respected
Cons
1. Infrastructure is a bit behind 2. Equipment is standard healthcare (Dell laptop, older model Dell monitors, clunky Microsoft setup, behind the times) 3. 401k match (50% up to 3500). A 100% match up to 3-6% would be amazing! 4. Okta integration for everything (need to always log into Okta via phone)
