      Some Coworker very friendly ( Not all )

      Cons

      Schedule change all the times. Some time start 6:30 AM, sometime 4:30AM and sometime at 3:00 AM. This happen mess up people schedule a lot. This is the worst part of this company. Company just used the people, not really care about employer. Work as a line and people sit next to each other very close. Not 6FT to maintain social distance working. Some coworker act like a boss in the line and complaint a lot.

      Pros

      Our product helps patients and doctors, and it's great to work at a leader in this field. Some positive leadership changes lately may bear some fruit.

      Cons

      Lots of dysfunctional fiefdoms among different VPs, who are constantly jockeying for promotions or budget. At my level, I see this in hesitancy to do the right thing for our product or patients if it won't make the VP look good. Some toxic mid-level hires last way too long even after racist or sexist behavior.
