      Pros

      The company has genuinely great people across the board—from HR to my immediate team. Coworkers are warm, supportive, and easy to collaborate with, which creates a welcoming environment even during challenging periods. The sense of camaraderie and teamwork is one of the strongest aspects of working here.

      Cons

      Compensation is significantly below market standards, and employees have very limited visibility into how pay bands are determined. There is no clear framework for how salaries are set, adjusted, or benchmarked, which makes it difficult to understand opportunities for growth or negotiate fairly. Upper management does not proactively communicate about compensation philosophy or career progression, leaving many employees feeling undervalued and uncertain about their long‑term trajectory.
