I got a chance to meet and work with really great and bright minded individuals. My manager Scott Bowen really helped me along my career path and made sure I kept on growing. Good salary.

Cons

401k matching could be better, but it's not a deal breaker.

Great location in Kirkland with a fantastic view. Better yet employees are treated well with ample opportunity for growth. Management is open and flexible when it comes to schedules. Good work is noticed and rewarded.

Cons

Difficult to bond with fellow co-workers due to the nature of the business.
