ISoftstone is a "minimum bar" staff aug arrangement. I was not impressed with their ability to do account management

Good employee referral program and good benefits. I was salaried, not 1099.

Cons

Account management never met with the stakeholder at the client to understand the value I was providing to the client, and to maintain relationship for new opportunities.
