Pros

I don't find it difficult to stay focused during the day. The work doesn’t feel too demanding, and the pace is manageable most of the time. Internal communications are clear and timely, which prevents confusion and delays. I like that there’s consistency in how things are done. It’s a setting where I can stay productive without too much effort.

Cons

Management often makes important decisions without consulting the staff.

Pros

You work directly with real-time TV measurement data. It's really engaging because there's rarely a single right answer. The people here are smart and helpful. You get competitive pay and solid benefits, including 401k and unlimited PTO.

Cons

Some datasets take time to get comfortable with.
