Pros

Good 401k Match, Great snacks and absolutely amazing Mid-tier employees (basically the ones that do all the work)

Cons

The company now has the worst leadership. Zero empathy, micro-managing at its peak and would not try to even build a relationship with employees on a basic level. Toxicity runs very high here, Egos run higher. For a company under 400ppl the turnover rate is high. If you are from Tableau or Salesforce - you are given preferential treatment. If you become a favorite of one of the leaders, you are given preferential treatment. This company was great when the CEO had leaders who cared.

Pros

Fair and consistent schedules, not expected to stay late without reason. No wasting time -- meetings are on point, and communication is clear. Reasonable expectations. Good deal of flexibility, which makes it easier to stay on top of things.

Cons

Updates don’t always reach everyone at the same time.

Pros

Has some decent benefit options.

Cons

Executive level changes the direction of the company what feels like every month. Nepotism runs wild and turnover is consistently high (for a reason).
