Great organization and culture. Positive office energy. Management that encourages teamwork and collaboration. Everybody is treated with respect and fairly. True professionals, little or no politics. Fun atmosphere, light and relaxed. Upward mobility for those who work hard for it. Dedicated, passionate workers who care about delivering the best products for clients.

Too minor to mention, overall, nice experience working here.

The salary is decent, and the benefits are great.

Cons

The managers are terrible bigoted people. I doubt anyone would want to work here if the salary and benefits aren't nice. Employees try their best to endure the horrible attitude of the managers. The work atmosphere is awful, and no one can do anything about it.
