Pros

iSpot is an amazing place to work and an amazing platform to sell. Technology is revolutionizing TV measurement and targeting, removing the lines between digital and TV. Working with the biggest brand names on TV is incredibly rewarding and fulfilling. Great culture; truly a total team feel and approach across the entire organization. Feels like we are all in it together building a better tomorrow. Leadership is awesome, total open door to everyone including Sean (CEO)...any ideas or issues, they listen and put good ideas to work, quickly. Benefits are very good for a smaller company, even include life insurance and 401k match.

Cons

Can't think of any cons.

Pros

iSpot is an exhilarating and fast paced place to work. The technology is innovative and best in class. The leadership team is forward thinking, decisive and nice to work for. The earning potential is excellent, and the company benefits are very competitive. The sales and customer success teams work with the leading most disruptive brands in industry, many of whom have been early adopters of iSpot’s services. In product and engineering there is a deep bench of talent that has joined them from other leading Seattle/Bellevue companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Boeing, etc. iSpot is a fantastic place to work for those launching their career or are experienced and can help fuel the company's continued growth.

Cons

It's all upside from here.

Pros

Good business model. Category leader (so they say). Some really smart people. GREAT base salary to get in the door. Shiny new tool dashboard is fun to demo and usually well received by prospects.

Cons

Funky culture. Clique-oriented leadership team. If you're not in the small circle (and you won't be), forget having influence. Mgmt won't listen to new ideas. Leadership team isn't accountable. Big time bro-culture, sexism and poor treatment of women is normal. Should be a lay up sale but it's not. Most sales people didn't come close to making a single sale let alone their annual number. Over-hired sales team, gave them watered down lists with little chance to close, then big lay offs when they couldn't get it done. High base salary on they way in not met with commissions while employed, or fair severance on the way out (unless you write a fake review, which they will ask you to do in order to receive your exit package).
