Pros

My supervisor has been super supportive from day one. I receive ample guidance to get experience in this field and grow as a specialist. Relaxed culture, interesting tasks, feasible deadlines. Love it here!

Cons

Great for those who want to build successful careers. Those who are not serious about growth will find it challenging to work in this demanding environment.

Pros

Well, you get to work on well-known brands. With regard to compensation package, what’s different and great about iSpot.tv is that they offer insurance and stock options. Speaking of stocks, the office has a kitchen which is well-stocked all the time! You can just help yourself to free snacks. The company even offers free parking and / or public transportation credits. All you really need to do is show up for work and even that has no fixed time as the work hours here are flexible (with work-from-home option sometimes). The company even offers monthly massages! Need I say more?

Cons

For those who don’t like numbers, data crunching can give you a migraine at the end of day. More importantly, the company is all about TV ad measurement and we all know that people are watching less TV these days so there’s a possibility that our market will shrink significantly.
