Making Waves...Some Hiccups..Mostly Good

Pros

Superior TV measurement offering, extremely impressive client roster, renewal rates are also extremely impressive, good vision for disrupting a rather stagnant and legacy media channel, currency grade data and integrations across the digital and TV ecosystem make for sustainable growth and market domination.

Cons

As with any startup there have been some hiccups. Hyper growth can lead to unexpected challenges, layoffs, inefficiencies, etc. Some of the reviews that are negative reflect some of that change and growth. However, from my POV that is to be expected. Regardless of the hiccups, iSpot is a market leader.

Pros

The teams are amazing, resources to learn and be successful. Tons of opportunities to work on challenging and interesting projects. Diversity of work and large client list. Flexibility and they even let us work at home during the health crisis. The management is wonderful and easy to work with.

Cons

Some processes need an update and sometime high expectations.

Excellent team work; all of my teammates are highly skilled and friendly. I love to work for this company, because I’m feeling valued and engaged, I have the freedom to think and share my ideas. We have a collaborative environment and a positive workplace culture. This company recognizes and rewards good work.
