Great location in beautiful downtown Winter Garden. CEO believes in work-life balance but accounting management believes the contrary.

Accounting Department needs work on all levels; processes, systems, staffing, controls, and most of all, MANAGEMENT. The management is extremely underqualified and lacks knowledge to successfully run a full functional accounting department of the fast pace growing organization. They expect their staff to work each day until the work is done or until you just can't see the screen anymore from your painfully hurting eyes. They guilt you from taking lunch breaks and into working weekends. They even suggest bringing your children in on weekends and watching TV on the big screen while you work...SOUNDS LIKE LOADS OF FUN!?!? Staff works 60+ hours every week on site and everyone is salary no matter what task are performed.
