Pros

Lots of new projects and new development taking place. Very competitive compensation. Collaborative work environment. Balanced work-life environment. Good for employees with families. Profitable and established leader in our industry. We are growing well, and keep hiring great people! Development teams are using Scrum and follow Agile based principles. Executive and Senior management team is easily accessible and personal.

Cons

Nothing major, but the physical work space and bathrooms are very dated. Most work stations are not near any windows. Health insurance premiums are expensive for family plans, but very cheap for individuals. Fast growth sometimes mean organization / documentation / info sharing can be inconsistent.
