1. I worked for iTech for 3 plus years. 2. iTech is a best company in the consulting space, very transparent - all the policies and terms are communicated in advance. 3. Very good management, HR, admin, marketing and immigration team, very supportive to the employee. 4. Never had any issues related to pay or immigration, I would highly recommend to consider iTech for your career progression. 5. iTech has good process in place and very procedural - there is no ambiguity.

Pros

I worked for iTech exactly for 11 months on a contract at their client. A breath of fresh air and how they handled the whole on-boarding, paper work, payroll, health insurance etc. Got all my pay deposits on time, everything was on line! Kendra was awesome with payroll, Jennifer was on the point with bennies!

Cons

Health insurance premium is a little on the higher side, but I suppose the benefits are good.
