Pros

Great work environment! Hard work is rewarded and recognized. It is the perfect size company to come in and grow with. Management is ethical and truly focused on helping employees.

Cons

This is not really a con... but they do hold you accountable to do your job. They will help you, teach and train you, but in the end there is a no slackers allowed mentality. My guess is that the few poor reviews on here were from people who fell into that category.
