Thank you for your association with us for the few months you have been with us. We do not have typically hire 'remote' recruiters outside of our office. However, we made an exception in this case with mutual expectations. And you had take substantial time off for personal reasons. We kept the job open for you to join back. Like all other employees, whether someone is remote or not, we set mutually agreed metrics and everyone has to meet them. When those are consistently missed, we make a tough decision that it is not a good match and have to end the relationship.
