Thank you for your review and feedback. We do appreciate your association with iTech. Your review does raise some questions for us, however. For one, during the recent recession we did not fire or lay off any of our employees. In fact, we hired a number of employees right in the middle of the recession. We have consistently grown all these years and through the recession. In our 13 year history, we have never laid anyone off, nor fired anyone for lack of work. On the few occasions where we had to terminate employees, it was primarily due to lack of performance. Currently, we are experiencing exponential growth and looking for many talented individuals to fill a large number of open positions. We have positions and work for qualified individuals. Our business model is very clear, we execute our clients’ projects and predominantly work at client locations. So your comment about internal projects is not relevant.
If you worked with us for a year, you would have my direct number and email. Do reach out to me so that I can address your “ethical” concerns. We continuously strive for excellence by taking constant feedback and improving ourselves. I welcome open and transparent feedback from all my colleagues through our open or anonymous feedback system. I can’t fix what I don’t know. And I go around the country periodically to meet all our colleagues in open houses and solicit feedback. If your concerns were real and had they been brought to my attention, I would have certainly addressed them. And I checked in our employee records, we do not have any “Software Engineer" in Burlington, VT that recently departed from iTech after working with us for one year. Something seems to be amiss here. If you worked for iTech and had less than satisfactory experience, do contact me and I will address it.
