Thank you for the feedback. As you may be aware, we are required to follow several State and Federal regulations when we sponsor permanent residency to foreign nationals. We follow these regulations rigorously and this process sometimes may appear a bit long. We will try our best to balance the time and adherence to the regulations.

Thank you for the comment. We have constant free training and career advancement programs that are communicated to all our employees via newsletters. If you are not receiving those, please contact HR team. You can also access these newsletters in the employee portal. Nevertheless, we have now implemented a better process to communicate to all our employees.
