      Pros

      Very professional, Prompt response, Strong Immigration Team, They Stick to the rules to the T Been with the company for 6 years & not a single issue to report. The employee retention is amazing and most of them through employee referrals is itself a testimony to the company and its operating style

      delays with immigration processes but its a very streamlined process though

      Pros

      I was with iTech for 1 year and 8 months. Very structured, paid on time and no surprises. Quite refreshing to have that experience in this industry.

      Cons

      I wish they had given me a bit more than 10 days notice before my client project ended.

      Pros

      Transparent company policies which are communicated very clearly and up front with the employee. Very strong immigration and marketing teams. Salary always paid on time. Helpful, supportive admin team.

      Cons

      Benefits could be better with actual options for insurance plans, some kind of relocation assistance, etc.
