Management and hr are in it for them not you

Incentives/ bonuses and lots of workplace events / paid pretty fairly

Cons

No genuine concern for employees, work life balance and addressing actual hr concerns or procedural / program issues that are never seen important by management until it impacts sales usually results in someone being fired rather than fixing the original issues, cycle repeats

Free stuff to drink and eat.

Cons

They have no plan, really. They don't really care if you have to go to a wedding, or if your mom is dying. Work work work work, and god forbid if they "forgot" that they told you something. They just want to turn a profit.
