      Pros

      Hands of management. I can manage my workload as I see fit. I love that I don’t have someone breathing down my neck constantly like other jobs.

      Cons

      Still a fairly young company so the large systems and standard operating procedures aren’t completely all in place so we figure things out as a team.

      Pros

      Wonderful co-workers and everyone was so kind. Fun activities and work bonding. Relaxed workspace environment. Great benefits. A lot of opportunities to learn about sales and product development. You get to work with a lot of people from different departments which is helpful. Room for growth within the company.

      Cons

      Management is always busy and doesn't have time to help or train their employees with anything. You kind of have to figure everything out from other employees. HR and management do not show any appreciation for how hard their employees work. Sales is the most important thing to management, and plays favorites to whoever earns the highest sales. HR and management seem to ignore employee requests if it doesn't benefit the company. It seems like sales is all that matters instead of their employee's needs.
