Pay is good, benefits (especially medical insurance) are extremely good, the culture is remarkable. Aside from a few negative people everyone cares for each other and it shows.

Cons

The differences between the experience one salesperson has versus another is largely dependent on the leadership style of his/her branch sales manager. For that reason, some people have better experiences than others.

Really invest in their employees. Great benefits and fairly competitive salaries. Provide several avenues for advancement. Fairly low turnover within corporate positions. Building amenities at the HQ are fantastic.

Cons

No work from home policy. Department management styles vary wildly, leading to poor communication. Lack of capacity in a few departments. Many simple to implement ideas take months to come to fruition.
