Pros

Great benefits, team environment, almost like an extended family. A company that hires nice people and provides them with top-notch training. Definitely an elite salesforce within the industrial automation realm.

Cons

Depending on the manager, not enough feedback given on performance. Not many other bad things to say about the company, but there are definitely favorites of management.

Pros

The management is very respectful and communicate information well. ifm manufactures great products which are priced to sell and provide value which is hard to beat in the sensor world.

Cons

Some of the employees are complacent and don't have the motivation to excel. This creates an atmosphere that is unprofessional at times.
