Pros

The people that work there are great. Great perks like lunch 3 days a week.

Cons

Management is completely useless and will not help you succeed, they're underqualified and will use you as a gear in the machine.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. While we are glad you enjoyed working with your colleagues and appreciated the company perks, it is incredibly disappointing to read your comments about management. Our goal is to support and empower every employee to succeed, and it is clear we failed to provide you with that experience. We take your feedback seriously as we work to improve our leadership capabilities and ensure our team members feel valued, not just like a "gear in the machine." We wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

The culture among peers is great. People are very friendly and it's a pretty solid work life balance.

Cons

Managers are unqualified and unhelpful, treat people like cogs in a machine and will never take responsibility, will always push down to the people below them. They will speak to you like a politician and never give any helpful advice.

Pros

I really enjoyed working here. The culture is a blast. Hybrid is always nice but their offices make u want to go in real life.

Cons

Your book of business becomes a little boring after awhile of having no good companies on it. Not really a chance to move upward. They’d rather hire outside
