Pros

- My role offers great work/life balance - Company culture is great - The office is always stocked with snacks and goes out of their way to cater food twice a week - My manager is amazing to work with - I am able to grow in my role

Cons

- A bit underpaid - Bonus compensation is usually lower than promised or capped at making it hard to forecast your financial goals.
