Pros

Honestly, I have never worked hard than I do at Impact. But everyone else around me is working just as hard and the final result is so rewarding! This company employs a driven group of individuals who are intelligent, savvy, and fun. The people here care about you and management wants you to succeed. Your success means company success! I've loved every minute of working with Impact. The Santa Barbara office is incredible and whenever I feel like I need a breath of fresh air, I walk outside into the beautiful courtyard. It's a pretty amazing place to be.

Cons

Fully stocked kitchen- too many tempting snacks.

Pros

Had an opportunity to be the market leader.

Cons

Poor leadership that doesn't take an interest in those growing the business. Very selfish, petty, vindictive leader who doesn't care about his people.

We encourage, appreciate and take very seriously all candid and direct employee feedback. We’ve gone through a fair amount of change since acquiring the Forensiq business and have continued to iterate our org structure to find the the optimal design, including recently hiring a new GM for Forensiq based in NY. We’re also excited about the product updates coming very soon as part of a large re-platform project we’ve been working on for some time!

Pros

In my 13yrs of working, I have never felt more of a team as I have done at Impact. I have felt valued for the work i do, and this in itself is very rewarding. There is a real sense of being part of a much wider team - globally. There is no micro-managing here, everyone works hard, and in return is rewarded. One of many things that motivate me to achieve best results for myself and the company I represent. The London office is a team of young, dynamic and fun team to be a part of. Located in the heart of the West End, with fantastic offices - it really is a pleasure to come to work everyday!

Cons

None to report on to date.
