Pros

Free lunch and a casual work environment.

Cons

Very loud and disruptive! No flexibility in your hours! Management does not treat the staff well, and their opinions are not valued! Very little opportunity to move upwards! Office is way too small for the number of people working there! And no opportunity to learn new skills or grow as an employee! Terrible salaries!

- leading technology - growing company - good people Impact Radius is a rapidly growing company, servicing a global market with insightful technology. Everyone is doing their best to manage and maximize this growth, and everyone feels overextended and stressed at times. The important thing to remember is that management understands and cares about this situation. They provide flexible terms and are unique by having a human resources/personality expert on call to help employees to navigate workloads, personalities, and solve people problems. This is a company that cares, so if you're willing to ask and/or work for what you want, they will listen - and help.

Pros

Let me start by saying that I was the only sales contributor in the SF Bay area, and other recent reviews on glass door are seeming to maliciously misrepresent the company. Impact Radius has a great reputation, happy clientele, great benefits, talented team and great culture. Senior staff is very engaged and demands a customer first approach to sales conversations. Tijs (CRO) lead with great transparency and realistic expectations.

Cons

With all of the advancements that the company is making, process changes internally are sometime slow to circulate between teams, but i find this common amonst most companies growing at this rate.
