Pros

So hard to find a company that really empowers their people and has a culture based on trust and transparency. Impact Radius is exactly that. If you have a great idea that is going to help make the company better, it is pretty easy to get it implemented without the red tape. You can really feel the collaboration that everyone is in this together striving towards a common goal of driving this company into great success. The people are great all the way from the top to the bottom, including the CEO who is personable and approachable. It really does have a family feel and anyone is willing to help at any time. The culture is energetic and fun and I love that they have catered lunches on Fridays and events that bring us all together.

Cons

There is not much micro-management which I see as as a good thing. But, if you aren't driven and you prefer to be told what to do step by step...this may not be the right culture for you.

Pros

Let me start by saying that I was the only sales contributor in the SF Bay area, and other recent reviews on glass door are seeming to maliciously misrepresent the company. Impact Radius has a great reputation, happy clientele, great benefits, talented team and great culture. Senior staff is very engaged and demands a customer first approach to sales conversations. Tijs (CRO) lead with great transparency and realistic expectations.

Cons

With all of the advancements that the company is making, process changes internally are sometime slow to circulate between teams, but i find this common amonst most companies growing at this rate.
