Pros

Impact's greatest strength, and its most important, is its people. The culture here is welcoming, warm, understanding, and diverse. Team members are smart, resourceful, and driven. The company's goals are aggressive with major upside and potential. Compensations and benefits are competitive. From a tech standpoint, Impact is always willing to try new technology stacks and frameworks, keeping the job as an engineer challenging yet exciting.

Cons

Some engineering resources are spread thin, potentially dropping a lot on the plate for individuals or small squads. To some, myself included, this is welcomed responsibility, but I suppose it could be seen as a downside. (If I didn't have to put anything here, I wouldn't! Impact rocks!)

Pros

I have many good things to say about this company and I recommend it to my friends all the time. All of my teammates are smart and driven. The managers I've had care about me and want to make sure I'm happy here. There is also now a person who is dedicated to company culture, career development, etc. My salary has continually been adjusted up every year to match my new market value as I learn more on the job. The tech stack is modern and for the most part gets updated. Fast paced deliverables and deadlines, but usually not unrealistic. And if you do work overtime, it's appreciated. Office culture is passionate about our work, but we also know how to have some fun. Not just free food and beer (although those are certainly available). The office has organized going to a Crew game, hanging out at a park, and a scavenger hunt. I can see myself staying here for quite a long time.

Cons

The company has had growing pains which is entirely understandable considering the huge growth rate. Changing policies, practices, and systems many times over the last few years has been annoying. However, the company is actively listening and acting on feedback.

Pros

-Amazing product, the most important part of a sales role is being confident in what you're selling and Forensiq's fraud protection along with Impact Radius's partner manager are nothing short of the industries' best. -Uncapped potential, whether you're looking to be a top notch sales executive or explore roles in account management and engineering, Impact Radius is a rapidly growing company with new opportunities opening up everyday. Perfect for someone just starting out in their career and is not quite sure what they want to do in the long run. - Relaxing atmosphere, nothing is worse than trying to succeed in a stressful environment and my experience at other employers is a testament to that. While any job role will inevitably have stressors, Impact Radius has been able to create a company culture of calm cool vibes that allow you to focus on surpassing your goal as oppose to worrying about the little stuff. -Open communication, the management at Impact Radius is very accessible to all levels of employees (from entry to senior). This makes everyone feel like they're working towards a mutual goal which is an amazing feeling to have a tech company that spans 4 different continents.

Cons

- Sometimes the catered lunches on Friday are little too exotic for my tastes but hey -- free lunch is free lunch ;)
