Strong culture, mission, and vision for our future
Pros
impact has the strongest positive culture of any company I've worked for! The leadership team paints a beautiful vision of where we are going and is committed to going there with employees' mental health and wellbeing in mind. People are very friendly and willing to help out, even though everyone is very busy. Impact is obviously the top of our industry so it's fun working at a place where you are leading the industry with innovative product team members.
Cons
Though impact is a large company, we operate like a start-up in some ways. Things move really quickly, which means if you have a tough time with changes you will not survive here. I do think there is sometimes a gap in communication from the CSuite down the chain to those at lower levels, but nothing abnormal or too crazy.
