Salary is an issue

Pros

Great people. Great culture. Okay'ish benefits. Hybrid.

Cons

Base salary is way off from market related. Bonus percentage is not great and always trying to under pay when the market is clearly saying what the salary should be.

Pros

Company has been growing continuously for quite a while which is a positive thing. Ability to advance. Not a lot of politics (at least from my vantage-point). Good work life balance. Light on call duty. Lunch provided twice a week.

Cons

Communication from higher ups could be improved but that is being worked on. As we get bigger and bigger we're getting to be a little more "corporate" which some may find unattractive. We are far from corporate I'm just saying we're more corporate compared to when we were a much smaller startup before.

Pros

employee benefits like business insurance and health+ is good

Cons

Chinese leadership team style is not aligned with whole global org, every week's huddle that you are forced to rate for your status and speaking before all company. Also it's hard to apply leaves as even your manager approved, but the GM will not recognize it.
