- Pay & Benefits - Really good people with lots of very long tenures at the company - Most innovative company in the industry by a long shot - Still a relatively flat structure with lots of exposure to the top

Cons

- Leadership tries to do everything at the same time and always believes they can get it all done this quarter or next - Open secret that the company functionally has two leaders
