      Pros

      Impact has been an awesome place to work. I've worked here less than 6 months and the onboarding and training process was great. The product is very complicated but there are tools in place to help you learn it. My favorite part of Impact is the people. There is an incredibly diverse and unique group of folks who work here and everyone is very generous with their time and happy to help out a new hire. The free lunch on Fridays is also a huge plus

      Pros

      hiring lots of new folks to provide greater support to the business and employees (in global business ops, HR--i.e. People Development, etc.), innovative fast-moving environment, emphasis on promoting from within, executive team that cares deeply about employees and their wellbeing

      systems and processes are being solidified and developing, normal growing pains

      Pros

      Watching the team grow (especially in New York) has been remarkable. It seems as if every week we have new smart, capable, interesting people starting.

      Cons

      There are certainly growing pains with our office growing so quickly but it is clear management is dedicated to keeping up.
