I happy to hear your felt like you were part of a family with us. However, I am sorry you had a less than stellar experience with training and mid management. We do have some exciting things on the horizon as we have not only been building out more expansive training for employees, but also for management. Leadership from the top down has reemphasized the importance of making sure employees utilize unlimited paid time off to make sure that they don't burn out.

Pros

Depends on the department but overall, amazing, friendly, professional and driven people. Lot's of room for growth and finding projects that challenge you. Sales team is incredibly bright and driven. Mike Head and Tijs are amazing leaders and are well on their way to leading IR to "global domination". Ops team is SUPER friendly and bright. You'll love coming into work everyday. Can't speak for product or others but you'll be hard pressed to find someone you don't enjoy working with at the company.

Cons

Needs work on infrastructure, be prepared to wear a few hats at least could also be a pro depending on if you like working in structured environments or not. Benefits aren't the best unfortunately especially compared to the standard of tech companies in SF, but the people definitely make up for it.
