Pros

Innovative technology in an ever-evolving space, outstanding work-life balance with flexibility and respect, you can make a difference and grow your scope fairly quickly, global presence, and mainly without the politics you find in more giant corporations.

Cons

The company made good progress in "grown-up" systems, but there is still a bit to do. Global presence is nice, but it also has a share of challenges. It helps that everyone is friendly and accommodating.

Pros

Nice product and nice company, except China office

Cons

A middle-aged sales leader who tells inappropriate jokes every day and enjoys putting down employees, creating a really toxic team environment.
