Pros

- Fortunately, Impact entered China in 2019. In the following three years, due to China's Covid policy and the conservatism of competitors such as CJ and Awin, Impact is the only/monopoly affiliate marketing player in China. - Impact has great advantages in globalization and product strength, of course, this is due to the support of capital

Cons

I heard that in the two weeks of the end of June, 5 employees (5/40) left the GC team, I thought it was time to reveal something. Impact.com GC team could be far better in the past five years. In China region, the Cheif Revenue Officer, Owen Yang's disrespect for women and LGBTQs is well known. He has made countless dirty jokes in front of company employees, customers, and channel partners. He has been selling the leads in his hand to specific AE, and he secretly allocates these resources to the AE, thereby receiving money, cigarettes, or various gifts. Poor business and management capabilities. Employees are extremely disappointed with his management ability. Many employees who have resigned in the past reported to him, including me, and almost all current employees, the biggest complaint about the company is him. The above are some of the facts I knew. I believe there are many things we still don’t know about him. It's a pity that I can't become better with Impact.com. This is my last contribution to Impact.com as a former employee.
