- My role offers great work/life balance - Company culture is great - The office is always stocked with snacks and goes out of their way to cater food twice a week - My manager is amazing to work with - I am able to grow in my role

- A bit underpaid - Bonus compensation is usually lower than promised or capped at making it hard to forecast your financial goals.

Learn new stuff in the first few months as startup culture. unfortunately it won't last for long.

Cons

Not a lot of opportunity for career growth, senior employees want to keep control. Management teams always think as technical architects and neglect team members and their career growth. Layoff every year. I think the company got used to this by now.
