Management could use some more training. Nobody ever knows what’s going on. Says they’ll do something and everyone will be waiting for this “something” for months.

Impact offers good opportunities in a fast-growing niche. I feel as though my manager genuinely cares about my progression in my career as well as my wellbeing, and I am also able to expand my expertise into areas within the company that I find to be exciting.

Cons

The workload can, depending on your department, be quite heavy at quarter end, and otherwise Impact could be better about cross-departmental communication about processes that change over time.
