Pros

Unlimited leave, fun and young culture, technology focused

Cons

Almost all senior staff are in the US, manager title reflects little seniority, extremely hierarchical (director, VP, assistant VP, Team lead - US based), extremely high staff turn-over (they celebrate 1 year anniversaries), can be long hours because of US time difference

Pros

Some of the Staff were really nice The social club tries really hard to get everyone together. Nice Cape Town offices Lovely working hours

Cons

Management seem to set you up for failure - They don't mentor and get angry when you ask for assistance Not a nurturing environment - You get thrown in the deep end and expect you to swim like a champ Some of the American senior team are really not nice to deal with. Departmental training is next to none - You must come from a technical advertising background to get anywhere Very high and unobtainable targets must be met to achieve your KPO'S If you are not taken under a wing of someone important you will struggle to get assistance to learn and further your knowledge while learning while doing. Just found Senior Management in the Cape town office, terrible with junior staff, with regards to nurturing and building up staff to create an environment where staff want to stay. It seems more about their own furtherment within the company. Communication across the company is terrible. Make one mistake - It is held against you, brought up in every review for months after and it not treated as a learning curve and management don't really take the time to correct or teach you.
