Pros

Work-life balance is pretty stable. The work is quite fast paced but not so demanding that there is burnout. People are friendly, focused and collaborative. Pay is competitive.

Cons

Career progression is very slow. The size of the Impact means that decisions also can take a long time and there is a lot of siloed conversations, so often departments are not communicating well. The future & vision is very uncertain. It is easy to tell that Impact has gone from an office-based organisation to remote and is unsure where it stands with this now. There seems to be a resistance to remote-first work, which leads to friction.

Pros

The big boss is nice, most of the colleagues in the company are nice, and the products are good.

Cons

Sales team leaders lack communication and training skills, are bureaucratic and selfish.

Pros

Good people Decent pay, not the best

Cons

People here are heavily into favoritism - you may not get promoted because the boss's boss doesn't like you.
