Pros

In my 13yrs of working, I have never felt more of a team as I have done at Impact. I have felt valued for the work i do, and this in itself is very rewarding. There is a real sense of being part of a much wider team - globally. There is no micro-managing here, everyone works hard, and in return is rewarded. One of many things that motivate me to achieve best results for myself and the company I represent. The London office is a team of young, dynamic and fun team to be a part of. Located in the heart of the West End, with fantastic offices - it really is a pleasure to come to work everyday!
