Pros

The company generously grants us exactly one glorious day of "Remote Liberty" (WFH) per week to serve from our home bases.

Cons

1. Mandatory Open-Mindedness Leadership puts on a great show of wanting our "honest feedback." However, if you actually speak the truth, you’d better pack your bags and get ready for a one-way drop-pod out of the company. (Read the other reviews about "GC" below; you'll see the casualty list). Promotions here have zero to do with your actual skills or hard work. You only rank up if you are a fan-favorite of High Command, or if you simply survive here long enough without committing "thought treason." 2. The Hologram of Equality We have a female MD, so the company loves to broadcast its "gender equality." We promote a few female managers and hire more female staff just to satisfy Global Command's diversity quotas. But if a female employee actually needs her legally required maternity rights? Good luck, soldier. May Liberty protect you, because they certainly won't. 3. Expendable Workforce & Toxic Air Management casually spies on our medical insurance logs and hospital visits. Recently, we were all ordered to deploy into a newly renovated office. We are currently breathing and working in an environment where the TVOC levels are 4 times the national safety limit. People are physically getting sick, but Command is completely blind to it and offers zero solutions. Why? Because no one dares to report it (see Point 1), and Management is simply incapable of admitting they made a mistake, as always.

Thank you for sharing your perspective. We recognize that not every employee will have the same experience, and we welcome constructive feedback about leadership, culture, career growth, and workplace policies. However, we do want to address a few factual inaccuracies. Employee medical information is private and is not used by management to monitor individual healthcare activity. Additionally, following concerns raised about air quality in our newly renovated office, we engaged independent experts to conduct testing and assessment. The results confirmed that the office met applicable health and safety standards. The wellbeing of our employees is a priority, and we would never ignore legitimate safety concerns. We also understand that trust is earned through actions, not statements. While we may disagree with some of the characterizations in this review, we remain committed to fostering an environment where employees can share feedback, develop their careers, and work in a safe and respectful workplace. We appreciate everyone who takes the time to share their experiences and help us continue improving.

Pros

One wfh day per week. Colleagues are generally supportive

Cons

Leadership in GC is highly authoritarian, with little empathy or genuine concern for employees’ wellbeing. The new office was only recently renovated, and the smell of chemicals and construction materials is still very obvious. Despite this, employees are still expected to work on-site as usual. Multiple people have experienced headaches, allergy symptoms, and other physical discomfort, yet management continues to act as if this is a minor issue. What makes this worse is the hypocrisy. Even the MD does not seem willing to stay in the office regularly, while employees are still being told they must come in. When the people making the rules clearly do not want to be in the same environment themselves, it says a lot about how little they value the health and comfort of the rest of the team. The bigger issue is the culture behind it. Instead of listening to concerns and making reasonable adjustments, leadership relies on top-down control and expects employees to tolerate unhealthy conditions without question. There is no real advocacy from leadership for the team, only pressure to comply. It creates a culture where control matters more than people.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're glad to hear that you value your colleagues and the support they provide one another. We also take concerns about workplace conditions seriously, which is why, following questions about the newly renovated office, we engaged independent professionals to assess the environment. The results confirmed that the office met applicable health and safety standards. While it's not uncommon for newly renovated spaces to have residual odors for a period of time, employee wellbeing remains a priority, and we continue to monitor and address concerns as they arise. We also recognize the broader feedback you've shared regarding leadership, communication, and employee experience. Creating a workplace where employees feel heard, respected, and supported is important to us, and we know that perception matters as much as intention. While we may not agree with every characterization in this review, we appreciate the opportunity to hear different perspectives and use that feedback to continue improving.

Pros

Great pay, bonuses, technology upgrades and goodies

Cons

School like, clicky environment. If you're not like the others, they'll treat you terribly. Lack of support from management. Management also not well trained to support and heads do not have any engagement with lower level staff. High staff turn over with loads of redunancies

We’re sorry to hear about your experience with team culture and management support. We aim to foster an inclusive, supportive environment for everyone, and it’s clear from your comments that we didn’t meet that standard for you.
